Your Existential Potential 2+1 days

You deepen your Existential Potential; EP:

 

  • You understand how to use your EP, i.e. your

       3Q: IQ (Intellectual Intelligence),

       EQ (Emotional Intelligence) and

       SQ (Soul Intelligence) to expand in your                       personal life, as well as in your leadership role             and the results you create

 

  • You practice landing in presence, focus and stillness with simple mindfulness techniques.

 

  • You consciously use your emotional capacity through the intelligence of the heart

 

  • You use a higher existential perspective to help you face situations and people with a higher view.

 

  • You know how to deepen and clarify meaningfulness and purpose with your employees

 

  • You raise your own and others' potential and authenticity using the EP tools

Module 4 Your communicative leadership tools 2+1 days

You deepen your communicative and relationship-building skills

 

YOU WILL LEARN How to consciously and concretely use communicative tools that support Full Range Leadership:, in combination with what you have learned and practiced in modules 1-3.

 

  • How to create clarity and motivation around visions, goals and results together with your employees

 

  • How to use coaching communication and approaches to promote responsibility, participation, problem solving and development

 

  • How to target behaviors, create motivation and clarity with the HIT tool for corrective and reinforcing feedback

 

  • Model for how to handle difficult issues, conflicts, development and challenges through structured and open conversations

 

  • How to facilitate, develop and engage your team on key issues using engaging, open and clear meeting tools

This is how it works

 

Extent

All modules are a whole that gives you a

leader certification: Cert. Full Range Leader.

A total of 10 days spread over a period of about 6 months.

 

Each module also forms a stand-alone course in itself, which can be completed as desired. Several modules can also be combined all according to your needs.

 

Feedback

Before the course, you have the opportunity to map your leadership behaviors. This is done through a written 360° analysis with feedback from superiors, colleagues and employees as well as a self-assessment. Based on the analysis, you will then reflect on your Leadership with a focus on strengthening and developing the leadership behaviors that are most successful for you and your organization, with a connection to Full Range Leadership.

 

 

Outline

During the training, digital meetings alternate with IRL meetings.

 

It is through experiencing, exploring and training that we best integrate new abilities and attitudes, which is why the process is largely experience-based and involves a high level of activity on the part of those who participate.

 

Shorter theory sessions are interspersed with reflection, training, discussions, assignments and group work.

 

Support

An important part of the structure is the work in the triads that are created from the beginning of the course, where participants form groups of 3, so-called "Expansion circles". The purpose is to support each other between the training days and after the program and to deepen, train, further develop and support your growth.

 

There is always the opportunity for individual coaching with training leaders and coaches who are affiliated with Primacoaching.
