The course content is largely based on models and techniques from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Simply put, NLP is practical behavioral psychology and a method that has developed into one of the largest and most developed psychological models in the world. It is also one of the fastest growing communication and change methods today.
NLP is based on connecting our thoughts and our behavior and creating success by focusing on the results you want to achieve. The way you think determines up to 95% of the success you get in life. With the help of NLP, you can influence the way you think and handle what arises around you and learn to choose how you feel.
