HOW?

The training can be digital or IRL or a combination of both.
Each module also forms a stand-alone course in itself, which can be completed as desired. Several modules can also be combined depending on your needs.
It is through experiencing, exploring and training that we best integrate new abilities and attitudes, which is why the process is largely experience-based and involves a high level of activity on the part of those who participate.
We alternate shorter theory sections with reflection and very practical conversation training linked to the situations and types of conversations that you as a participant feel you want to practice.
We work in pairs, small groups and as a whole group. A lot of feedback and support is given from both the course leader and between course participants.
FOR WHOM?
This course is aimed at those of you who are leaders, employees, human resources managers or those who work with a lot of conversations with people and perhaps have some form of personnel contact.
