Our sessions
I have worked for over 20 years with coaching, therapy and inner transformation in various ways. My ways of working are many, and I sense what feels most appropriate at the moment for you, and always based on our agreement.
Depending on your needs and what we are working on, I use:

Transformative coaching - the starting point is the coaching conversation where I as a coach listen, ask and reflect on you to deepen your vision and understanding of the issues we are working with. Sometimes we go deeper and higher. When it is ripe. Beyond actions, behaviors and external circumstances to expand awareness and energy to the deeper parts of your essence and what is truly true and important to you.

Energy work – I use my intuitive abilities to sense and reflect you, and the work takes place as much on the energy level as it does mentally and emotionally.

Hypnosis coaching and guided meditations/visualizations - by going into deeper relaxation you can more easily connect with your subconscious and go beyond thoughts and logic. This is often when we can really find the root of challenges and dissolve blockages, as well as clearly focus on what you want to experience and achieve.

NLP coaching (Neuro Linguistic Programming ). A type of mental training that partly consists of the methods I described above but focuses more on switching states and focus and changing behavior and thought patterns.
How to get the most out of coaching

Clarity
If you choose to begin coaching, the next step is an initial conversation where we get to know each other and define what you want out of the process with me.
After that, we both decide if it feels right to start the collaboration .
The clearer you can be about what you want, the greater the likelihood that you will achieve it.

Honesty and openness
The prerequisite for all change is to try to see reality as it is. The clearer, more open and honest you can be with what you want, how you think and feel, the more you can get out of coaching. Also being open and accepting the unexpected can be an important part of your development.


Dare to fail
Coaching is about development. To develop, you need the courage to try and sometimes the courage to fail. We often learn more from our failures if we handle them correctly. The more you dare to try – the greater the chances of creating real development.

Train and try new things
An important part of coaching is generating new thoughts, ideas and perspectives. But it is through action that ideas are tested, developed and solidified. The more you are willing to use the time between coaching sessions to do things, the more successful you will be.

Make good use of your call time
Think through what you want to talk about during the call. For telephone coaching - call exactly on time so that unnecessary time is not wasted. Make sure you are completely undisturbed so that you can focus.
